Disclaimer: It must be noted that ‘Client’ refers to all s4support / s4support Clients and ‘Resource(s) /s4support Resource(s)’ refers to an expert that is hired or outsourced, either on-site or offsite by the Clients of s4support.

5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

9 hours per day (includes 30 minutes Lunch-break & 15 minutes Tea-break)

Leaves
Resource(s) are sanctioned 1 Paid Leave on completion of their 1 month tenure at s4support. They can avail the same on prior approval

Overtime / Weekends Rates
- For Resources working overtime, the Clients’ shall be billed hourly on pro-rata basis
- Weekend rates will be 25% higher than normal pro-rated hourly rate

Payment T&C
- Monthly Payments – An invoice shall be raised at the end of each working month. Following which, the Client needs to clear all dues within 10 days post the receipt of Invoice.
- Change in Rate-Card: On completion of 1 year, Resource(s) will move to next slab, subsequently the next slab rates shall be applicable from the 13th month. For example, if you have hired resource of 4 years of experience then after completion of 1 year, the Resource will move to next slab i.e. 4-5 years, so rate of 4-5 years will be applicable from the 13th month.

- The below accommodation rates are applicable for s4support resource(s) located in India and deployed On-site in any of the locations mentioned below
- If visit duration is less than 1 month, then accommodation charges shall be levied as per the incurred hotel cost (at actuals) where they shall be put-up
- Below mentioned are the country-wise charges applicable for a Single Resource towards Accommodation, Ticket, Visa, and Insurance per Resource

s4support has pre-scheduled annual holiday list. Based on client’s acceptance, Resources can follow either the client’s holiday list or s4support holiday list. It is at Clients’ discretion to choose which holiday list they want the Resource(s) to follow. This is applicable ONLY for On-site Resource(s)
In case of Off-shore service, the Resource(s) shall follow the s4support list of holidays, which is listed below
